Crippled!

Mon Aug 4, 2008, 1:05 AM
I realise I have been far from prolific lately. Alas, a full-time job, moving house, and getting a puppy tends to have that effect. And then just when I thought I would go mad if I didn't get into some digital art soon, my computer packs it in. I have been drawing, I assure you, but strictly in a tiny sketch book in ballpoint pen on the train on the way home or between writing flora species profiles at work. Should I ever get my scanner working on my new computer that I am yet to purchase and build (read, get someone else to build), I will at least upload all the animals I've invented lately.

I am alive. Just crippled.

Back home again!

So, I'm finally back from the States and with my beloved computer, tablet, monitor and massive library of reference photos. Yay! Stretching my fingers and itching to get back into some digital creations after my long confinement to tradtional media.

I also have absolutely nothing to do. So, this is your chance for free art, swaps or if you want something really special, commissions. Drop me a line if you're interested.

Away from civilisation.

Hi,

Just a general wave to the people that have added me to their friends list lately. I'm currently in remote northern Mexico with limited internet use. I would normally check out your galleries and answer your comments, but it will all have to wait I'm afraid. And no art for a while! Sorry. :P

First 100

Well, seemed like a good moment to add another infrequent journal entry. Hooray for the first hundred page views! Thanks everyone. :)

On a different note, requests are dying down a bit atm, so if anyone wants to do a trade or something, let me know.

Cheers all

G'day All

Hi everyone, thanks for all the early days support. It's nice to get feedback and welcomes and all that jazz. There's more to go up, but I'm ever so busy all the time and I've recently been spending all my spare time trying to get Gallery working on my homepage. Aaargh! Never get involved with php and Apache unless you have someone handy who knows all about it. I think that can be today's pearl of wisdom.

JUST SAY NO

Anyway, hopefully there will be more updating now that I have that more or less out of the way.

I'm so bored. I should be emailing certain people, but I keep putting it off. When did emailing become every bit as arduous as writing letters by hand?
